Highlights from Tuesday's high school sports season around the Pikes Peak region.

BOYS' SOCCER

Manitou Springs 3, St. Mary's 2, 2OT

At Manitou Springs: Cullen Cote had two goals and Jezreal Sommers had another as Manitou Springs (2-1) beat St. Mary's (0-2-1) in double overtime.

Jon Gerdes had two assists for the Mustangs.

Diego Zapata and Connor Timmins each scored for the Pirates.

Air Academy 3, Evergreen 0

At Air Academy: Air Academy (4-0) stayed undefeated with a win over the defending 4A state champions.

The Kadets have outscored their opponents 12-1 in four games.

Sand Creek 7, Widefield 0

At Widefield: Garrett Kramer scored three times as Sand Creek (3-0) beat Widefield (0-3) to stay undefeated on the year.

Jayden Austin, Caleb Kramer, Tadesse Burdick and Chayton Claussen Ciolli also scored for the Scorpions. Goalkeeper Brady Sides earned the shutout win and Jesse Bridge added two assists.

Travis Rader had 16 saves for the Gladiators.

Doherty 2, Douglas County 1

At Douglas County: Junior Delgado scored for the third straight game as Doherty (3-1) beat Douglas County (0-5) for its third consecutive win.

Delgado is second in 5A with six goals. He also had an assist Tuesday.

Cameron Wheeler also scored for the Spartans.

Denver East 6, Pine Creek 2

At D20: Andrew Turk had two goals but Pine Creek (1-3) fell to Denver East (2-0) for its third straight loss.

Michael Lewis had an assist.

Woodland Park 3, Falcon 1

At Woodland Park: Greg Pappadakis had two goals and an assist as Woodland Park (1-2) beat Falcon (0-3).

Jens Hoffman added a goal for the Panthers. Woodland Park led 2-0 at half and held on for its first win of the season.

Vista Ridge 9, Palmer 3

At Vista Ridge: Joel Walker had two goals and two assists, Braeden Bowers had a goal and four assists and Vista Ridge (4-1) beat Palmer (0-6-1).

Eight players tallied at least two points for the Wolves.

Richard Mereno, Daniel Usman and Jacob Joergenson scored for the Terrors.

VOLLEYBALL

Lewis-Palmer 3, Legend 0

At Legend: Lydia Bartalo had 10 kills and 10 digs, Michaela Putnicki added nine kills and Lewis-Palmer (3-0) swept Legend (3-3) 25-17, 25-17, 25-19.

McKenna Sciacca had 34 assists for the Rangers.

Pine Creek 3, Vista Ridge 1

At Vista Ridge: Bayli Monck had 13 kills and 13 digs, but Vista Ridge (5-4) fell to undefeated Pine Creek (5-0) 25-18, 25-23, 22-25, 28-26.

The Eagles have lost just two sets all season.

Monck has 104 kills and 99 digs on the year for the Wolves, who had their four-game winning streak snapped.

Rampart 3, Coronado 1

At Coronado: Taylor Sibert had 16 kills and five aces as Rampart (3-0) beat Coronado (2-2) 23-25, 25-17, 25-22, 27-25.

Kaitlin Patton had 11 kills and Josie Russell had another 10 for the Rams.

Mara Abernethy had 15 kills for the Cougars. Jaelyn Hershberger and Mallory Brown each had 10 kills.

Colorado Springs School 3, Manitou Springs 0

At Manitou Springs: Laney Swan had 18 kills, nine digs and six assists to lead CSS (2-0) to a 25-17, 25-19, 25-18 win over Manitou Springs (0-2).

Jaydi Starling had eight kills and Hannah Taylor added seven more for the Kodiaks.

Sand Creek 3, ECA 2

At ECA: Sand Creek (2-1) rallied to beat ECA (2-1) 21-25, 20-25, 25-23, 27-25, 15-11.

Maria Gergen had eight kills for the Eagles. Maggie Kirkpatrick, Kayla Sadorus and Annalise DeKam each had seven kills.

Woodland Park 3, Falcon 1

At Falcon: Delaney Battin had five kills, eight aces and six digs as Woodland Park (3-0) beat Falcon (0-4) 22-25, 25-15, 25-21, 25-15.

Taylor Alvarez had nine aces for the Panthers, who had 21 in the match.

James Irwin 3, Sierra 2

At James Irwin: Amanda Ringstad had 17 of her team’s 36 kills as James Irwin (5-1) beat Sierra (2-1) 23-25, 26-24, 19-25, 25-7, 15-11.

Rihanna Tulensa had six kills and four aces for the Jags.

Gya’ni Sami had 11 kills for the Stallions.

The Vanguard School 3, Peyton 2
At Peyton: Janine Coderre had a season-high 19 kills and 10 digs as Vanguard (3-1) beat Peyton (0-6) 25-16, 22-25, 25-22, 14-25, 15-9.

Ally Hall had eight kills and two aces for the Coursers. Nicole DeFosses added four kills and three aces.

Emily Starkie had 11 kills and 24 digs for the Panthers.

Doherty 3, Smoky Hill 0
At Doherty: The Spartans (4-0) remained undefeated with their 25-16, 25-21, 25-19 win over Smoky Hill (0-3).

FIELD HOCKEY

Palmer Ridge 5, Golden 0

At Don Breese Stadium: Emily Munn had a goal and two assists as Palmer Ridge (4-0) beat Golden (1-2). Munn has at least one goal and one assist in each of her last three games.

Liz Phillips added a goal and an assist for the Bears. Shannon Snediker, Kyra Rothwell and Hannah Tellez also scored in the win.

SOFTBALL

Liberty 17, Coronado 2, 4 innings

At Liberty: Mahealani Haegele had three hits and drove in four runs, Jordan Cordrey allowed two runs (none earned) in four innings and Liberty (2-2, 1-1) beat Coronado (1-6, 0-4).

Haegele has three hits in three of the Lancers' first four games of the season.

Deanna Villalba, Laneia Lundquist, Danielle Frank and Cordrey had two RBIs apiece.

James Irwin 12, Sierra 11

At James Irwin: Andrea Alcaron had four hits and drove in two runs and James Irwin (2-3) scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh to beat Sierra (1-7).

Haley Young had a double, triple and an RBI to help lead the Jaguars.

Rocky Ford 13, St. Mary’s 0

At St. Mary’s: Morgan Trechter tripled but was left stranded as St. Mary’s (2-6) couldn’t get a run across in its loss to Rocky Ford (6-1).

Maddie Horsley and Mackenzie Pepper had the Pirates’ other two hits.
